I love waking up to having breakfast already made, the burden of having to decide what to make gone out the window. My newest creation is “fruit on the bottom” cashew yogurt cups. The cup pictured is a lemon/cashew yogurt with a pear and oat base. Make em’ the day before and just pop the top off for breakfast! The recipe will be available in my upcoming book, but they turned out so beautiful I wanted to share the picture.
